Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Nimbus Meet. By creating a workspace or joining a meeting, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create a workspace.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Nimbus to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't record participants without the consent required in your jurisdiction.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give you notice before any price change takes effect on renewal.

Availability

We work hard to keep Nimbus running, and publish live status at our status page. Enterprise agreements may include a specific service level.

Termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and will give reasonable notice unless doing so would risk the service or other users.
